  • Diagnosta MK conversation content — for saving analysis history (logged-in users only)
  • Rating information (feedback) — thumbs up/down and optional comments
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, visit time (collected automatically)

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed for the purpose of:

  • Providing marketing diagnostic services (contract performance)
  • Saving and restoring user analysis history
  • Improving AI system response quality based on anonymous feedback
  • Ensuring service security and preventing abuse
  • Website traffic analytics (Google Analytics, if active)

4. Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (user consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance / service provision) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller — security, analytics).

5. Data Sharing

Data may be shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

  • Server infrastructure and database provider
  • AI service provider (Abacus.AI) — for processing diagnostic queries
  • Google — in case of Google SSO login or use of Google Analytics

6. Retention Period

Data is stored for the duration of the user account. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Analytical data may be stored in anonymized form indefinitely.

7. User Rights

The user has the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Rectify data
  • Delete data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
